TERMS OF SERVICE

      Any conduct on the Site indicates that you agree with all the terms and conditions in the Agreement. Please read the Agreement carefully before proceeding.

Use of the Site
      You warrant that you are at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a parent or guardian when visiting the Site.       (b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under U.S. or international law;
      (c) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses or other harmful code or properties. If the Site discovers that your conduct violates the Agreement or is harmful to the Site's interests, the Site reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion.
      The Site assigns you a password and account identification to enable you to access and use certain portions of it. Each time you use a password or identification, you will be deemed to be authorized in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. You are solely responsible for the use of the password and identification originally assigned to you on the Site, whether such access to and use on this site is actually authorized by you or not, including without limitation, all communications and transmissions and all obligations (including financial obligations) incurred through such access or use. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you. You shall immediately notify the Site of any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threatened breach of the Site's security.

Governing Law
      These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Mai Mang Electronic Commerce Co., Limited or any other Mai Mang Electronic Commerce Co., Limited party。
